TANDOORI CURRY SPICE

INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Cumin, Sea Salt, Paprika, Garlic, Chilli, Cinnamon, Cloves

A spicy seasoning to gives the tandoori dishes its very distinct taste. Use as a rub or mix with a spoonful of natural yogurt and to make a paste to marinate with before grilling, cooking or barbecuing. Allow 1 tsp per person to add a subtle flavour or increase / decrease to personal taste.
