PEPPERMINT

To make a herbal infusion use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup required. Place in pot, add boiling water, allow to infuse for 5-8 minutes, strain into cup and enjoy. Peppermint may help improve digestion and is caffeine-free. Also add to fresh lemonade or fruit salads, peas or try creating a mint jelly or pesto.
