PAPRIKA - Sweet and Mild

Sweet paprika is very versatile and can be added to most dishes to enhance it. It is a ground red sweet powder from dried peppers and can be used as a garnish or to add vibrant colour or simply as a base to add to other ingredients. It is the main flavouring in many stews including goulash. It has a sweet pepper flavour without any heat.
