NIGELLA SEEDS (Black Onion)

Also known as Black Cumin, the spice is the small black seed inside the pod. They can be used for semi-sweet to savoury applications to flavour vegetables and pulses and are often used in curries and masalas. The seeds can also be ground to make bitter qizha paste for use in Palestinian cuisine. The black seeds are also used to flavour bread and pastries and are often used in naan.
