For a herbal tea infusion add 1 teaspoon per cup required. For a soothing eyewash to treat inflammation to eyes and external parts of the skin. Apply herbal infusion to affected areas using a soft cloth. Eyebright has been traditionally used to treat eye maladies including; inflammation, conjunctivitis, red-eye, styes, itchy and stinging eyes.
