CORIANDER LEAF

A strong-smelling herb with a fresh, citrus taste that makes it an invaluable garnish and flavour enhancer. Mainly used to flavour curries and soups, add to stocks or use in marinades, particularly for meat and fish. For maximum flavour add to dishes just before serving.
